Audrey De Jong graduated from McMaster University with a Master’s degree in physiotherapy in 2017 after completing an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2015. Since graduating, Audrey has been treating individuals with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, vestibular dysfunctions and post concussion symptoms.

Audrey has a special interest pelvic health physiotherapy and offers one to one sessions to address urinary leakage, constipation and fecal incontinence in both men and women. Audrey also helps women with postpartum recovery and rehabilitation, following both vaginal and cesarean births. She has a passion for keeping women active in sport, fitness and life, through all phases and ages, without leaking or pelvic pain.

Audrey has completed continuing education courses in pelvic health, acupuncture, breast cancer rehabilitation, management of acute concussion, post concussion syndrome management and advanced management of post concussion syndrome.

Audrey provides a one on one, client centered approach to treatment. Audrey creates unique, engaging and individualized programs to get patients back to doing what they love. Audrey is a life long learner and incorporates the latest research and evidence into daily practice to optimize patient outcomes.

Natasha Ingram graduated from the University of Queensland in Australia with a 2 year Masters of Physiotherapy Degree after completing a 4 year Bachelors of Science Degree with specialization in Kinesiology at Queen’s University. She has completed post-graduate courses in acupuncture, pelvic health physiotherapy, chronic pain management, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation.
