Audrey De Jong graduated from McMaster University with a Master’s degree in physiotherapy in 2017 after completing an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2015. Since graduating, Audrey has been treating individuals with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, vestibular dysfunctions and post concussion symptoms.
Audrey has a special interest pelvic health physiotherapy and offers one to one sessions to address urinary leakage, constipation and fecal incontinence in both men and women. Audrey also helps women with postpartum recovery and rehabilitation, following both vaginal and cesarean births. She has a passion for keeping women active in sport, fitness and life, through all phases and ages, without leaking or pelvic pain.
Audrey has completed continuing education courses in pelvic health, acupuncture, breast cancer rehabilitation, management of acute concussion, post concussion syndrome management and advanced management of post concussion syndrome.
